General Director of PeterStar Directly Communicating with Clients
18.02.2010PeterStar provides its subscribers with a new possibility of directly applying to the General Director of the Company.
This service is implemented as a form for sending a letter with an enclosure and is placed in the “Feedback” section of the user’s Private Cabinet.
Now any client of the Company is able to forward at his/her convenience any request concerning service quality improvement to the head of PeterStar. In addition this service will assist PeterStar’s clients in case of stubborn problems occurred in the course of dealing with the carrier.
All requests as regards the above will be promptly addressed and handled, controlled by PeterStar’s senior managers.
PeterStar’s management is confident that this move will allow the Company to considerably improve the quality and efficiency of customer service.
